Fletchers AI team is a start-up-style unit within Fletchers Group — one of the largest specialist and most rapidly growing consumer law firms in the UK, focused on Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, and Family law.

We’re a team of data scientists, engineers, product managers and specialist lawyers building bespoke AI and software tools for lawyers working in our firm and in the wider sector.

Fletchers was one of the first consumer law firms to deploy a Machine Learning tool in practice in 2017, and was one of — if not the first — UK law firm to have a dedicated AI department. We’re also growing fast; leveraging our investors so we can implement tools for our colleagues as quickly as possible.
